Adjuster Requirements

At Four Seasons Catastrophe and Claims Inc. we strive to provide only the most qualified professional adjusters to our clients. Unlike many companies we just don’t take everyone. We will add you to our roster after we have received all of the information requested as well as a resume. Upon review we will call you and schedule a phone interview. After careful review you may or may not be included on our roster. Be prepared to submit to a background check.

New Adjusters

At Four Seasons Catastrophe and Claims Inc. we welcome new adjusters who are beginning a new career. We know your fears, your questions, your desire but we do not know anything about what you can do. We offer a mentorship program, training programs for general adjusting and software operation. We will even offer this as a one on one experience at a minimal cost to you. You will learn how to inspect the property correctly and complete a computer generated estimate. Please contact us if you are interested in working with one of our mentors. We will periodically offer continuing education classes as well as general adjusting courses.
