CATASTROPHE SERVICES

We have capabilities to handle any storm, any size, anywhere in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico or the U.S Virgin Islands.  We have over 300 Catastrophe Adjusters on our roster.  We will be on site within 48 hours, of the event with enough staffing to adequately handle any volume of claims contracted with us. We will dedicate adequate staff to contact your clients within 24 hours, of receipt of assignment. 

We will properly assign claims by severity to our Catastrophe staff based on their experience level.  We will provide you with a fair and reasonable fee schedule.  We can handle property, casualty, commercial and auto losses. 

We will provide a uniform work product to you based on your requirements.  We utilize industry accepted estimating software programs and will provide your appraisals on your required platform.  If you do not have a required platform we will utilize MSB IntegriClaim.

We provide electronic file transfer in any format required.  We provide a 24-hour emergency response number and a dedicated member of our team to respond to any emergency.  We will provide claims examiners or bi-lingual adjusters where needed.
