DAILY CLAIMS

We currently have Territory Locations in Texas and Oklahoma. Our Texas locations are, Decatur, Denison, and Wichita Falls. From our Decatur and Denison offices we service the entire Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area with mileage and drive time calculated from the closest location to the loss (Dallas, Decatur, Denison or Fort Worth). Our Oklahoma locations include Ardmore, Lawton and Oklahoma City. In addition we are pursuing additional territory locations in both states. We will update our location listing periodically and will work with our clients in any area claims handling is needed. We are able to utilize our CAT team members in areas that we do not have territories established. 

Our territories have established dedicated staffing and we will not leave any area un-manned in the event of a Catastrophe Event. During recent years it was common in the industry for areas to be abandoned when a major Catastrophe Event occurred. At Four Seasons Claims Service, we will always maintain our staffing in any territory we service.
