DAILY CLAIMS DIVISION

Four Seasons Claims Service currently has Territory Locations established in Texas, Oklahoma and Florida.  Our Texas locations are Decatur, Denison, Denton, Houston, San Antonio and Wichita Falls.  From our Decatur, Denison and Denton offices we service the entire Dallas/Fort Worth metro area with mileage and drive time calculated from the closest location to the loss (Dallas, Decatur, Denison, Denton or Fort Worth). 

Oklahoma locations include Ardmore, Lawton, Oklahoma City and Tulsa. 

Florida locations are Jacksonville, Miami (Plantation), Orlando and Pensacola.

We are pursuing additional territory locations in these states and will update our location listing periodically in order to work with our clients in any area in which claims handling are needed.  Our CAT team members are utilized in areas that we do not have territories yet established. 

Established territories have dedicated staffing and we will not leave any area un-manned in the event of a Catastrophe Event.  During recent years it was common in the industry for areas to be abandoned when a major Catastrophe Event occurred.  Four Seasons Claims Service will always maintain our staffing in any territory we service.

Our current clients have advised we have become the primary vendor in the areas we service, based on our quality, timeliness and their satisfaction with our work product.

Utilization of our CMS web-based data management program allows our Home Office managers to Quality Control all our files from any location.  We have established stringent timeliness reporting guidelines and meet or exceed our client’s requirements.
